Guidelines for the Refer-a-Friend Bonus Program:

The program applies to new patients referred after Nov. 1, 2009.
An eligible referral must be a new patient who has not engaged in any services at Porcaro Hair & Cosmetic Surgery prior to the referral.
The name of the referring patient needs to be identified at the time of the initial consultation in order to qualify for a Porcaro gift card.
Porcaro gift cards are not transferable and can only be used by the referring patient and have no monetary value.
Porcaro gift cards can be used towards any service offered by Porcaro Hair & Cosmetic Surgery.
Porcaro gift cards expire after 1 year.
